- Who owns my data?
You maintain full ownership of all your data records that you enter and store in the OASIS Information System. The software producer does not have any claim to your data records. The software producer provides this service to manage and protect your data records in an efficient system (the OASIS Information System).
- Do you sell my data to third-party organizations?
No. The software producer does not sell your data records to any third-party organization.
- Do you share my data?
The software producer does not share your data records without your written permission. Read the complete End User License Agreement for more details.
- Can I manage crop varieties that are not intended for human consumption?
Yes. Any crop variety can be defined and managed in the system. This includes agriculture products such as cotton, hemp, novel plants intended for use in alternative energy, and crops produced for animal feed.
- Can I manage livestock or fish-stock in the computer application?
Yes. You can manage records related to livestock and fish-stock. In addition to crop varieties, specific animal species can be defined and managed in the system. In context of livestock management, the farm plot is the designated area for the specified animal. In context of fish-stock management, the farm plot is the fixed boundary of an artificial or natural pond.
- When can I start using the service?
You can start using the OASIS Information System immediately after user registration. Registration takes a minute or so to enter and submit basic user account information.
- Do I need to pay to start using the service?
No. You do not pay any fee when you just use the farming essentials features in the OASIS Information System. This free version can be used with no time limit and applies mainly to small-scale farmers.
- Can additional people be associated with my farm to enter and retrieve records?
Yes. You may have other users such as a farm manager, a field scout, or an agronomist be associated with your farm. Each person needs to register individually. The software producer will make the changes to link all associated users together. Please send an e-mail message to technical support when all of your people have registered.
- How do I access the financial management feature and other features in the service?
You can upgrade your user account to access and use other features such as financial management and inventory management in the OASIS Information System. Please send an e-mail message to technical support.
- Can the computer application be further developed for my specific needs?
Yes. You may make special requests for further software development. Please send an e-mail message to technical support.
- Is there any cost for training and assistance?
Training and technical assistance can be provided without charge to large groups of farmers in cooperation with a non-profit, non-governmental organization or a government agency. The sponsoring organization or donor would pay for any expenses.
An individual farmer can receive exclusive technical assistance in a one-on-one, personalized training session for a negotiated fee.

- How do I get started?
Download and install the OASIS Mobile Edition, and then open the application. A first-time user must register. Once user registration has completed successfully, you can start using the OASIS Information System.
- What do I do, if I don't have an Android device?
You can use the Web application version. Register online here.
- How can I contact you for technical support?
Registered users can send e-mail to Support@OASIS.AG. E-mail messages are answered in the order in which they are received.
