By providing a security question and a corresponding answer, the system will be able to recover your password. The submitted question and answer pair should be something that only you would know and that you could rely upon for easy recall. The password in combination with your User ID is what you use to log in to the system. The password should be fairly complex, using a mix of alphanumeric and special characters. The password is case sensitive.
